The Motorola Moto G 5G has a global score of 81.5, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy XCover 5's overall score of 78.1. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Moto G 5G has 10 version while Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11. Although it's the best cellphone in this review, the Motorola Moto G 5G is an a little thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than the Galaxy XCover 5.
The Motorola Moto G 5G has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a bigger display and a higher quantity of pixels per inch of display. Galaxy XCover 5 features a slightly bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto G 5G, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1 TB.
The Motorola Moto G 5G features a little better processing power than Galaxy XCover 5. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount. The Motorola Moto G 5G captures way better pictures and videos than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a larger aperture to take better photography and video in poorly lited environments, a much higher 48 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.
The Moto G 5G counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 67 percent greater battery capacity.
