Galaxy Nexus Sprint has a general score of 66.2, which is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto G's 60.3 score. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Nexus Sprint has the older 4.3 version while Motorola Moto G has Android 5.0. Despite of the fact Galaxy Nexus Sprint is older and just a little heavier than Motorola Moto G, it's body is still thinner.
