The Galaxy Note9 has a global score of 87.1, which is a lot better than Moto G Fast's general score of 72.2. The Galaxy Note9 design is just a little bit thinner than Moto G Fast, but it's a little heavier and was released just 22 months before. Galaxy Note9 counts with a much better looking screen than Motorola Moto G Fast, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy Note9 also has a way better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a lot higher pixels quantity per inch in the display.
Galaxy Note9 has just a bit better performance than Motorola Moto G Fast, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy Note9 has much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto G Fast, and although they both have a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB, the Galaxy Note9 also has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Note9 has a battery life that's very similar to the battery lifetime in Moto G Fast. Galaxy Note9 captures clearer pictures and videos than Motorola Moto G Fast, because although it has a much less mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a worse 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor and a larger aperture.
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto G Fast, but you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
