Xperia XZ3 is slightly better than Moto G Power (2021), getting a global score of 79.6 against 76.5. The Xperia XZ3 body is a bit lighter than the Moto G Power (2021), although it's just a little bit thicker and was released 2 years before. The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a little better performance than Moto G Power (2021). They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features a lot better display than Moto G Power (2021), because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and way more pixels per inch of display. The Xperia XZ3 and Moto G Power (2021) have extremely similar memory for applications and games, both of them have a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and exactly the same internal memory.
The Moto G Power (2021) captures slightly better photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same video definition, the Moto G Power (2021) also has a bigger diafragm aperture, a bigger sensor capturing better quality videos and photographs, higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a back facing camera with a lot better 48 megapixels resolution.
Moto G Power (2021) features a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Moto G Power (2021), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Moto G Power (2021). So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Motorola Moto G Power (2021), letting go a couple specs and features.
