Both devices in this review have the same Android 14 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. Despite being the best in this review, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro body is heavier and a little bit thicker than the Moto G Power 5G (2024).

Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a much more vibrant screen than Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2024), because although it has a little worse pixel number in each display inch, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also counts with a little bigger screen.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G Power 5G (2024), because it has 512 GB internal storage capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a bit faster processing unit than Moto G Power 5G (2024), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also has 8 GB more RAM memory.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has just a bit better battery performance than Moto G Power 5G (2024), because it has a 10% greater battery capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a very superior camera than Moto G Power 5G (2024), although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light photography, they both have a 50 mega pixels resolution back camera.
