Galaxy A7 (2018) is much better than the Moto G Power, with an 84.2 score against 76.1. Even though Galaxy A7 (2018) is older than Moto G Power, it's construction is much thinner and lighter. The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) has a bit better CPU than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) also has more RAM memory.

Galaxy A7 (2018) counts with a bit more vivid screen than Moto G Power, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2220px, it also counts with a bit better pixel density. Motorola Moto G Power takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a way less megapixels resolution back facing camera, and they both have the same aperture and a same size back-facing camera sensor, the Motorola Moto G Power also counts with a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.

Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) also has 128 GB internal storage.

Moto G Power features a much better battery performance than Galaxy A7 (2018), because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
