Samsung Galaxy Note9 is better than the Motorola Moto G Power, getting a general score of 87.1 against 76.1. Despite of the fact the Samsung Galaxy Note9 is older and just a bit heavier than the Motorola Moto G Power, it's body is still just a little bit thinner. Galaxy Note9 has a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy Note9 also has a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and a higher screen density.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a bit better processing unit than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a superior storage for apps and games than Moto G Power, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has 64 GB more internal memory capacity.

Motorola Moto G Power counts with greater battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 captures clearer videos and photos than Moto G Power, because although it has a way less MP resolution camera in the back and a worse (4K) video quality, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture for better photography and video in poorly lited environments and a larger back camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G Power. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Moto G Power, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
