Galaxy S23 Ultra is slightly better than Moto G Power, with an 81.5 score against 76.1. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a way lighter and just a bit thinner device than Moto G Power. These phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Moto G Power has Android 11 version, giving you a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.
