Comparison review

Xperia 5 II is better than Moto G Power, getting a overall score of 87.2 against 76.1. The Xperia 5 II is a lighter and somewhat thinner phone than the Moto G Power, even when both were released with only 6 months difference. Xperia 5 II has just a little better processing power than Moto G Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 5 II also has more RAM memory.

The Sony Xperia 5 II features a little more vivid screen than Moto G Power, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2520 and a quite higher pixels density. The Sony Xperia 5 II features a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Moto G Power, because it has 64 GB more internal memory and an external memory slot that allows up to 1000 GB.

The Moto G Power features improved battery performance than Sony Xperia 5 II, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. The Sony Xperia 5 II features a slightly better camera than Moto G Power, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a much less mega-pixels back-facing camera, and they both have a F1.7 aperture, the Sony Xperia 5 II also counts with a way bigger sensor providing a much higher image quality.

Although Xperia 5 II is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G Power. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Xperia 5 II, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Moto G Power, letting go a couple features and specs.
