Moto G Stylus is just a bit better than the LG G7 One, with a 79.7 score against 76.8. The Moto G Stylus construction is newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than LG G7 One. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Moto G Stylus has the newer 11 version and LG G7 One has Android 10.
