Motorola Moto G Stylus has an overall score of 79.7, which is slightly better than the LG Q8's 77.2 general score. Even though the Motorola Moto G Stylus is much newer than LG Q8, it is way heavier and thicker. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Motorola Moto G Stylus has older 11 version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
