The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is a lot better than the Motorola Moto G Stylus's 79.7 score. Even though Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Motorola Moto G Stylus were released only 1 months apart, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is somewhat heavier but also a little thinner than Motorola Moto G Stylus. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version while Motorola Moto G Stylus has Android 11, so it provides some nice extra features and some performance improvements.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G Stylus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 8 GB more RAM. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with just a bit better looking display than Motorola Moto G Stylus, because it has a little bigger screen, a greater number of pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much better camera than Motorola Moto G Stylus, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low light images, and they both have a 0.5 inches camera sensor, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video resolution and a back facing camera with lot more MP.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with slightly more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Moto G Stylus, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has greater battery performance than Moto G Stylus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto G Stylus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G Stylus. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G Stylus, letting go a couple features and specifications.
