The Galaxy A80 is much better than Moto G31, with a general score of 84.9 against 77. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Galaxy A80 is a noticeably older, just a little thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than the Moto G31. The Moto G31 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy A80, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Moto G31 also counts with a just a little better screen pixel density.
Moto G31 features a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy A80, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 1 TB. The Samsung Galaxy A80 counts with a little bit better performance than Motorola Moto G31, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy A80 also has more RAM.
The Galaxy A80 captures a bit better videos and photos than Moto G31, because although it has a back facing camera with a lower 48 megapixels resolution and a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures and video in low-light environments, it also counts with a lot higher (4K) video definition.
The Motorola Moto G31 has greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy A80, because it has a 35% bigger battery capacity.
