Galaxy C9 Pro has an overall score of 81, which is a bit better than Moto G31's general score of 77. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy C9 Pro has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Moto G31 has Android 11, so it offers lots of additional features. Despite of the fact the Galaxy C9 Pro is way older and just a little bit heavier than Moto G31, it's design is still thinner.

Motorola Moto G31 features a much better camera than Galaxy C9 Pro, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Motorola Moto G31 also has a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a bigger aperture to take better low-light captures.
