Google Nexus 6P is better than the Moto G4 Plus, getting an 80.3 score against 72.1. Although the Google Nexus 6P and the Moto G4 Plus were released with only a couple of months difference, the Google Nexus 6P construction is extremely thinner but somewhat heavier. Google Nexus 6P has a bit faster CPU than Moto G4 Plus, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Google Nexus 6P has a little more vivid display than Moto G4 Plus, because it has a little bit bigger screen, more pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px. Google Nexus 6P shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, because although it has a back-facing camera with way less MP resolution, and they both have a F2 aperture, the Google Nexus 6P also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video quality.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Google Nexus 6P, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Moto G4 Plus, giving up a couple features and specifications.
