Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than the Moto G50, having a score of 79.6 against 75.3. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia XZ3 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Moto G50 has Android 11, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Xperia XZ3 is a notably older, just a bit heavier and somewhat thicker phone than Moto G50.
Xperia XZ3 features a lot better screen than Motorola Moto G50, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater number of pixels per display inch and a much higher 1440 x 2880px resolution. The Moto G50 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Moto G50 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with just a little better processing power than Motorola Moto G50. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM amount. Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a much better camera than Moto G50, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light photography and videos and a lot worse resolution camera in the back.
Moto G50 has a really longer battery life than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3330mAh.
