Huawei P20 is a bit better than the Moto G53, having a global score of 78.1 against 72. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Huawei P20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Moto G53 has Android 13 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. The Huawei P20 construction is a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter than the Moto G53, despite of the fact that it was released 5 years before.
Huawei P20 features a little sharper display than Moto G53, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per inch in the display and a lot higher 1080 x 2244px resolution. Moto G53 has a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P20, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Moto G53 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The Huawei P20 counts with a much better performing CPU than Motorola Moto G53. They have 4 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor. The Huawei P20 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Motorola Moto G53, although it has a back-facing camera with way less mega-pixels, they both have a F1.8 camera aperture.
The Moto G53 has a really longer battery life than Huawei P20, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh.
