Xperia XZ3 is slightly better than Moto G54, getting a global score of 79.6 against 73.2. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia XZ3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Moto G54 has Android 13 version, offering a couple nice extra features and optimized performance. Although it's the best phone in this comparison review, the Xperia XZ3 is a noticeably older, thicker and a little heavier phone than the Moto G54.
Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a much better looking screen than Moto G54, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and a greater display density. The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Moto G54, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 512 GB.
Xperia XZ3 features a much faster CPU than Moto G54, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Xperia XZ3 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Motorola Moto G54, although it has a smaller aperture and a back facing camera with a much lower 19 mega pixels resolution.
The Motorola Moto G54 counts with a superior battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3330mAh.
