Comparison review

The Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is slightly better than the Moto G5S Plus's 74.8 score. Even though the Galaxy Note Edge is notably older and just a little bit heavier than the Moto G5S Plus, it's design is still thinner. The Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit better performance than Moto G5S Plus, because although it has lesser RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a graphics co-processor.

Galaxy Note Edge has a much sharper display than Moto G5S Plus, because it has a bit larger screen, a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a better pixel count in each inch of screen. Motorola Moto G5S Plus features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have a SD extension slot that allows up to 128 GB, the Motorola Moto G5S Plus also has 32 GB more internal storage.

The Galaxy Note Edge's battery performance is very similar to Moto G5S Plus's battery lifetime. The Galaxy Note Edge captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Moto G5S Plus, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting pictures or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a better resolution camera.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than Moto G5S Plus, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto G5S Plus. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Moto G5S Plus, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
