Google Nexus 5 has an overall score of 76, which is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G6's global score of 72.1. The Google Nexus 5 is a way older and a little bit thicker phone than Motorola Moto G6, but Google managed to build it notably lighter anyway. The Google Nexus 5 counts with a much better display than Motorola Moto G6, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit better quantity of pixels per display inch.

The Motorola Moto G6 has a lot bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 5, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Motorola Moto G6 also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 128 GB. Google Nexus 5 has a bit better CPU than Moto G6, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics co-processor.

Motorola Moto G6 has a better camera than Google Nexus 5, because it has a lot higher (4K) video resolution, a back facing camera with a much better 12 MP resolution, a lot larger camera aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited environments and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

Motorola Moto G6 counts with better battery life than Google Nexus 5, because it has a 30% more battery capacity.

Although Google Nexus 5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola Moto G6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto G6. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Motorola Moto G6, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
