Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a bit better than the Moto G6, with a 79.3 score against 72.1. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is an incredibly older phone than the Moto G6, but Samsung managed to make it a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a much better looking display than Motorola Moto G6, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a little bit higher pixels density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440.

The Moto G6 features just a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB. The Moto G6 counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores.

Galaxy S6 edge+'s battery lifetime is just as good as the Motorola Moto G6 one. Galaxy S6 edge+ shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Motorola Moto G6, because although it has a tinier camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing images in low light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Moto G6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola Moto G6. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Motorola Moto G6, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
