Galaxy S23 Ultra is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G60, getting a general score of 81.5 against 79.5. Galaxy S23 Ultra's construction is noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner than the Motorola Moto G60. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the newer 13 version and Motorola Moto G60 has Android 11 version, counting with a couple nice extra features.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra counts with a little bit better camera than Moto G60, because it has a lot better 200 mega pixels resolution camera and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.
Motorola Moto G60 features improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
