The Samsung Galaxy A12 has an overall score of 80.3, which is a little bit better than the Moto G7 Plus's 76.1 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy A12 design is newer, but heavier and a little bit thicker than Moto G7 Plus. Both phones we are comparing include the same Android 10 operating system, so both of them should provide the user identical OS features.

The Motorola Moto G7 Plus features a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 1080 x 2270 pixels resolution and a better pixel number in each inch of screen. The Samsung Galaxy A12 has a bit more powerful processor than Moto G7 Plus. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM amount.

The Galaxy A12 has a greater storage to store more apps and games than Moto G7 Plus, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A12 also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. Galaxy A12 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Moto G7 Plus, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Galaxy A12 also counts with a way better 48 mega pixels resolution back camera.

Samsung Galaxy A12 features a much better battery lifetime than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
