Comparison review
The Huawei P20 has a score of 78.1, which is just a bit better than Moto G7's global score of 75.2. The Huawei P20 design is just a little bit thinner and a little lighter than the Moto G7, despite of the fact that it was released about 10 months before. Both phones in our current comparison come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System), so they should offer identical operating system features.
The Huawei P20 features a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2244 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better display density. Moto G7 features a better memory to store more games and applications than Huawei P20, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Huawei P20 has a little faster processor than Motorola Moto G7. Both have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor. Huawei P20 counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than Moto G7, because it has a 3400mAh battery size. Huawei P20 has a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G7. Both have the same resolution camera in the back, a same size camera aperture, the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition.
Although Huawei P20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Moto G7. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei P20, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Motorola Moto G7, resigning some features and specs.
