Comparison review

The Motorola Moto G Stylus has a general score of 79.7, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G7's overall score of 75.2. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Moto G Stylus has 11 version while Motorola Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Motorola Moto G Stylus body is newer, but thicker and somewhat heavier than the Motorola Moto G7.

Moto G7 and Moto G Stylus have quite similar displays, because although the Moto G Stylus has a little lower count of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2300 resolution and a little bit larger display. Moto G Stylus counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Moto G7, and although they both have an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB, the Moto G Stylus also has 128 GB internal memory capacity.

Moto G Stylus has a bit better CPU than Moto G7. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM and 8 processing cores. The Moto G Stylus takes much better pictures and videos than Moto G7, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Moto G Stylus also has a larger aperture to take better images and videos in low light situations and a way better resolution camera in the back.

Moto G Stylus features greater battery duration than Motorola Moto G7, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Moto G Stylus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto G7. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Moto G7, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
