Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a general score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than the Moto G7's general score of 75.2. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has older 5.1 version and Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is an a lot older phone than the Moto G7, but it's somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner anyway.

The Moto G7 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Moto G7 also has a higher number of cores. Galaxy S6 edge+ features a more vivid display than Moto G7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a greater pixels density.

Motorola Moto G7 counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Motorola Moto G7 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy S6 edge+'s battery lifetime is just as good as Motorola Moto G7's battery life.

Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a way more mega-pixels camera in the back.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G7. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Moto G7, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
