The Moto G8 Plus has a general score of 77.6, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8's 76 global score. Although it's the best in this review, Moto G8 Plus is a somewhat thicker and just a little heavier device than OnePlus 8. The OnePlus 8 has a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 8 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The OnePlus 8 features a better looking screen than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because it has a just a bit greater display pixel density, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little bit bigger display. The Moto G8 Plus has a quite bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 8, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB.
The OnePlus 8 takes clearer pictures and videos than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have a 48 mega-pixels back-facing camera, a 0.5 inches back-facing camera sensor and the same (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 8 also counts with higher 60 fps video frame rates.
OnePlus 8 has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Moto G8 Plus, because it has an 8% greater battery capacity.
