Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has an overall score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite's 74.3 general score. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has 5.1 version and Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s design is much lighter and noticeably thinner than Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, despite of the fact that it was released 5 years before.

Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a lot better looking display than Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better pixel amount per inch in the display and a much better 2560 x 1440px resolution. The Moto G8 Power Lite has a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Moto G8 Power Lite also has a higher number of cores.

Galaxy S6 edge+ features a little bit better camera than Moto G8 Power Lite, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a larger camera aperture to take better images and videos in poorly lited situations and a way higher 3840x2160 video definition.

Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite has a very superior storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 256 GB. Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite features a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ costs a lot more money than the Moto G8 Power Lite, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
