Huawei Mate 30 Pro is much better than Moto G8 Power, with an 87.1 score against 76. Huawei Mate 30 Pro's design is a little heavier but just a little bit thinner than the Moto G8 Power, and both of them were released only a couple of months apart. Both phones in this review use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding operating system features.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with a little more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a just a bit more pixels per screen inch and a little bit higher resolution of 1176 x 2400. Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a very superior camera than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a bigger camera aperture for better photography and video in low-light environments, better video frame rate, a lot larger sensor capturing way higher quality photographs and videos and a lot higher 40 MP resolution back-facing camera.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with a quite bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto G8 Power, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Moto G8 Power has a bit superior battery performance than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
