The Galaxy C9 Pro is a bit better than the Moto G8 Power, with a score of 81 against 76. Despite of the fact that Galaxy C9 Pro is notably older than Moto G8 Power, it's construction is just a little lighter and thinner. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy C9 Pro has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Moto G8 Power has Android 10, providing some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
Motorola Moto G8 Power features a bit better display than Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has a slightly higher 1080 x 2300 resolution, a little higher number of pixels in each inch in the screen and a quite larger display. The Galaxy C9 Pro has a CPU that is very similar to the Moto G8 Power one, and although the Galaxy C9 Pro has more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Moto G8 Power features slightly more memory to install games and applications than Galaxy C9 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Moto G8 Power also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Motorola Moto G8 Power shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy C9 Pro, and although they both have a same resolution camera, the Motorola Moto G8 Power also has a much better (4K) video resolution and a bigger aperture for better photos in poorly lited situations.
Moto G8 Power features superior battery life than Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has a 25 percent greater battery size.
