The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a little bit better than the Moto G8 Power, getting a general score of 81.7 against 76. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version while Moto G8 Power has Android 10. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is incredibly older than the Moto G8 Power, it's construction is thinner and lighter.

The Galaxy Note Edge features a lot better looking screen than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better quantity of pixels per inch of display and a better 2560 x 1440px resolution. Moto G8 Power has a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a bit better processing unit than Moto G8 Power, because although it has 1 GB less RAM and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a graphics co-processor. Motorola Moto G8 Power takes a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a 16 mega-pixels back-facing camera and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Moto G8 Power also counts with a way bigger aperture for better captures and videos in low-light situations.

Moto G8 Power counts with a much better battery life than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G8 Power. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Moto G8 Power, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
