The Moto Z4 is a bit better than the Moto G8, with a overall score of 79.8 against 74.4. Both devices in this comparison work with the same Android 10 operating system. Motorola Moto Z4 counts with a CPU that's just as good as Motorola Moto G8's processor, both have a Octa-Core processor and a 4 GB RAM memory.

The Moto Z4 counts with a more vivid display than Motorola Moto G8, and although they both have a same size screen, the Moto Z4 also has a way higher number of pixels per screen inch and a lot higher 1080 x 2340 resolution. The Motorola Moto Z4 captures better photographs and videos than Moto G8, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same aperture, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has a way more mega-pixels back camera.

The Motorola Moto Z4 features a superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G8, and although they both have a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Motorola Moto G8 counts with a bit better battery performance than Moto Z4, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

Although Moto Z4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Moto G8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G8. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Moto Z4, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G8, letting go a couple features and specs.
