Sony Xperia XZ3 has a general score of 79.6, which is a bit better than Motorola Moto G82's 74.7 overall score. Even being the best in this comparison, the Sony Xperia XZ3 body is a lot older, heavier and extremely thicker than the Motorola Moto G82. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia XZ3 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Moto G82 has Android 12, providing the user a couple nice extra features.

The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a much better performing processor than Moto G82, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. The Motorola Moto G82 has a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ3, because it has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 64 GB more internal memory. The Moto G82 features a superior battery life than Xperia XZ3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3330mAh.

Motorola Moto G82 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Motorola Moto G82 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better images in poorly lited environments, higher 60 fps video frame rate and a camera with way more mega pixels.
