Comparison review
LG V50 ThinQ is a little bit better than Moto G9 Play, getting a global score of 83.7 against 76.7. LG V50 ThinQ is an older cellphone than the Moto G9 Play, but LG made it a little bit thinner and just a little lighter. Both phones we compare here use the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.
The LG V50 ThinQ features a way better screen than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater display density and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels. The LG V50 ThinQ features a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because it has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
LG V50 ThinQ counts with a little faster CPU than Motorola Moto G9 Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the LG V50 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM. The Moto G9 Play shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures in low light situations, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Moto G9 Play also counts with a back-facing camera with a way better resolution and a lot larger camera sensor.
