The Motorola Moto G9 Plus captures way better photos and videos than Google Nexus 5, because it has a much higher video quality, a much bigger aperture for better captures and video in low-light environments, a much bigger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels.
