Motorola Moto G9 Plus has an overall score of 80.5, which is slightly better than Google Nexus 5's 76 overall score. The Motorola Moto G9 Plus is a newer phone than Google Nexus 5, although it is noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but Motorola Moto G9 Plus has an older 10 version while Google Nexus 5 has Android 4.4.3 version.

Google Nexus 5 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Google Nexus 5 has a brighter screen than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a much smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a little better pixels quantity per display inch.

The Motorola Moto G9 Plus captures way better photos and videos than Google Nexus 5, because it has a much higher video quality, a much bigger aperture for better captures and video in low-light environments, a much bigger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels.
