Motorola Edge 50 is just a bit better than the Moto G9 Plus, having an 81.2 score against 80.5. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 50 has newer 14 version while Moto G9 Plus has Android 10, so it provides the user a couple additional features and performance optimizations. The Motorola Edge 50 body is a lot newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Moto G9 Plus.

The Motorola Edge 50 features a better looking display than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1220 x 2712 and a just a little higher quantity of pixels in each inch of display. Moto G9 Plus features a much more powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 50, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.

Moto G9 Plus has a bit better camera than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a smaller sensor, and they both have the same video quality, a same size aperture and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Moto G9 Plus also counts with a camera in the back with a lot better resolution. The Motorola Moto G9 Plus counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

The Motorola Edge 50's battery performance is just as good as the Motorola Moto G9 Plus one.
