The Galaxy C9 Pro has an overall score of 81, which is just a bit better than Moto G9 Plus's 80.5 general score. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy C9 Pro has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Moto G9 Plus has Android 10 version, giving you lots of additional features and improved performance. The Galaxy C9 Pro is an much older cellphone than Moto G9 Plus, but Samsung managed to make it lighter and thinner.
