Comparison review

Galaxy A12 is a bit better than Moto G9 Power, having an 80.3 score against 78.6. Although the Galaxy A12 and Moto G9 Power were released only a couple of months apart, the Galaxy A12 is just a little bit thinner and a little bit lighter. These phones work with the same Android 10 OS, so both should provide very similar OS features.

Samsung Galaxy A12 has a bit better display than Motorola Moto G9 Power, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit worse 720 x 1600 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels quantity per inch in the display. The Moto G9 Power has a bit more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB against 1 TB, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy A12 features a little better performance than Moto G9 Power. Both have 4 GB of RAM and 8 cores. Moto G9 Power features longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh. The Moto G9 Power shoots slightly better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G9 Power also has a way more megapixels back facing camera, faster 60 frames per second video frame rates and a bigger camera aperture for better low light images and video.
