The Galaxy Note9 has a general score of 87.1, which is better than Moto G9 Power's overall score of 78.6. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy Note9 is way older than Moto G9 Power, it's construction is just a little lighter and just a little bit thinner. Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Motorola Moto G9 Power, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way greater pixel density and a way better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels.
