Comparison review
Xperia XZ3 is much better than Moto M, getting a 79.6 score against 71.6. Even though Xperia XZ3 is newer than the Moto M, it is noticeably thicker and heavier. The Xperia XZ3 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Moto M. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a more vivid screen than Moto M, because it has a little bigger display, a greater screen pixels density and a lot better resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels.
