The Samsung Galaxy S4's camera is very similar to the camera in Moto X, because although the Samsung Galaxy S4 has lower 30 fps video frame rates and a smaller back-facing camera sensor shooting worse quality videos and images, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better photography and video in poorly lited situations and a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
