Asus ZenFone AR is a bit better than the Motorola Moto X (2014), having a score of 77.4 against 73.4. Even though the Asus ZenFone AR is heavier than the Motorola Moto X (2014), it's thinner and also much newer. Moto X (2014) counts with a bit more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone AR, although it has a little smaller screen, a just a little less pixels per inch in the display and a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Asus ZenFone AR features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has 96 GB more internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto X (2014) counts with a little faster processor than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Motorola Moto X (2014) also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
