The Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a general score of 87.1, which is much better than the Moto X (2014)'s 73.4 overall score. Although Huawei Mate 30 Pro is notably heavier than Moto X (2014), it's thinner and incredibly newer. Both phones in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 30 Pro has the newer 10 version and Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features.

The Motorola Moto X (2014) has a much better looking display than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen. Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Moto X (2014), because it has 256 GB internal storage.

Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with a bit better processing unit than Motorola Moto X (2014), because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 2300mAh.

Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a lot better camera than Motorola Moto X (2014), and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a back-facing camera with a much better resolution, higher 60 fps video frame rate, a much bigger sensor taking much higher quality pictures and a much larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photos and video.
