The Galaxy A51 has a global score of 85.5, which is much better than the Moto X (2014)'s global score of 73.4. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A51 has a newer 11 version while Moto X (2014) has Android 5.0 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features. Galaxy A51 is a much newer and notably thinner phone than Moto X (2014), although it is heavier.
The Motorola Moto X (2014) has a sharper screen than Galaxy A51, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater display density. The Galaxy A51 has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto X (2014), because it has more internal storage and an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB.
The Moto X (2014) features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A51, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy A51 features a really longer battery performance than Moto X (2014), because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 2300mAh.
Galaxy A51 has a very superior camera than Moto X (2014), and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy A51 also has a camera with a lot higher 48 MP resolution, a way bigger sensor capturing lot higher quality pictures and videos and a larger aperture to capture better low light photos.
Samsung Galaxy A51 costs a bit more money than the Moto X (2014), but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
