The Motorola Edge 50 has an overall score of 81.2, which is a little bit better than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015)'s global score of 74.1. The Motorola Edge 50 is a notably newer and way thinner device than the Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), but it's a little heavier. The Motorola Edge 50 features a much better display than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because although it has a bit lower 1220 x 2712 resolution and a little worse amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a larger display.

Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015) features a really superior hardware performance than Motorola Edge 50, although it has a lower number of cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM. Motorola Edge 50 counts with a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
