OnePlus 8 is a little bit better than the Moto X Pure Edition (2015), with a score of 76 against 74.1. OnePlus 8's design is much newer and thinner, but also just a bit heavier than the Moto X Pure Edition (2015). The OnePlus 8 has just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because it has a greater amount of RAM and a greater number of cores.

The OnePlus 8 has a bit sharper display than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a bit lower pixels amount per inch of display, it also counts with a bit bigger screen. The OnePlus 8 captures much better photos and videos than Motorola Moto X Pure Edition (2015), and although they both have the same video definition, the OnePlus 8 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light images and video, a bigger back-facing camera sensor, better 60 fps video frame rate and a back camera with a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution.

The OnePlus 8 has a little bit better storage capacity for games and applications than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage. The OnePlus 8 counts with a very superior battery performance than Moto X Pure Edition (2015), because it has a 43 percent greater battery size.
