The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto X, getting a overall score of 74.8 against 68.1. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Motorola DROID Turbo 2 has the newer 5.1 version and Motorola Moto X has Android 4.4.4 version.
