Moto G Stylus is slightly better than the Moto X4, getting a score of 79.7 against 74.4. Even though Moto G Stylus is noticeably newer than Moto X4, it is thicker and heavier. The Motorola Moto X4 has just a bit better performance than Moto G Stylus, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Moto X4 features a bit sharper screen than Moto G Stylus, because although it has a quite smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a little bit higher display pixel density. Moto G Stylus takes much better photographs and videos than Moto X4, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Moto G Stylus also has a lot larger sensor which provides a lot higher photo and video quality, a back camera with a much better resolution and a larger camera aperture.
The Motorola Moto G Stylus has more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto X4, because although it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Motorola Moto G Stylus features longer battery performance than Moto X4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
The Motorola Moto G Stylus is a little more expensive than the Moto X4, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
