Comparison review

Motorola Moto Z4 has a general score of 79.8, which is slightly better than the Motorola Moto X4's 74.4 general score. The Motorola Moto Z4 is a newer and a little thinner phone than the Motorola Moto X4, but it's just a bit heavier. Moto X4 has a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola Moto Z4, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.

The Motorola Moto X4 features a bit sharper screen than Moto Z4, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit higher screen pixel density. Moto Z4 has more memory capacity to install games and applications than Moto X4, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports 1,45 TB smaller, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity.

The Moto Z4 counts with a better camera than Moto X4, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Moto Z4 also has a way higher resolution back-facing camera, a much bigger sensor and a larger aperture for better low light captures. The Moto Z4 counts with longer battery lifetime than Moto X4, because it has a 20% larger battery size.

Although Motorola Moto Z4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto X4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto X4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Motorola Moto Z4, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto X4, giving up a couple specs and features.
