Galaxy C7 is just a bit better than Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, getting a global score of 77.7 against 75.6. These devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy C7 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition has Android 7.1 Nougat, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Even though the Galaxy C7 is better than Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, we must highlight that it's also somewhat heavier and thicker.
The Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a greater pixel density. Galaxy C7 has a little bit better performance than Moto Z Droid Edition, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy C7 also has a greater number of cores (although slower).
The Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition features a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy C7, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Moto Z Droid Edition shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a back camera with less mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. The Samsung Galaxy C7 counts with superior battery lifetime than Moto Z Droid Edition, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
